When purchasing a cordless phone, does it come with batteries too?

Need to purchase new cordless phone. Will it come with batteries or do I need to purchase them seperately?

Where can I go (not online) to purchase the BT-905 battery for my Uniden phone? I need a battery by Monday. Only phone we have.
